BabyPlay values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the BabyPlay website ("Website"). When you sign up for BabyPlay, we collect your email address and your baby's birth date to send age-appropriate activity emails.

In addition to the information you provide to us, when you use the BabyPlay Website, we may also collect and store information about the computer, mobile device, or other devices you use to access and about how you use them. We may also collect and store information such as your browser type, IP address, language, operating system, unique device identifier, mobile network information including phone number, the date and time of your usage, the content and pages you view and the websites you visited immediately before and after visiting our Website. We may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your BabyPlay account. We may also collect and store certain information in server logs, including in third-party logs. This may include: (i) details of how you used our Website, (ii) Internet protocol address, (iii) device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL and (iv) cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you personalized daily activity emails based on your baby's age.
  • Improve and optimize the BabyPlay experience.
  • Communicate with you about your subscription or important updates.
  • For customer service: handling of questions/comments/complaints
  • Ensure security and prevent misuse of our services.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

  • Service providers: Email platforms (like Resend) that help us deliver BabyPlay emails
  • Legal obligations: If required by law or to protect BabyPlay's rights and users

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails. If you wish to update or delete your data, contact us at info@babyplay.ing

6. Security of Your Information

Pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR, we have implemented and maintain reasonable security practices to protect against the unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction or disclosure of your personal information. Only authorized staff who have signed a confidentiality agreement have access to the data. Thus we maintain an adequate level of protection, which is periodically adjusted.

It is your responsibility to protect the data that resides on your mobile device and we strongly encourage you to do so, including encryption of data and use of passwords to lock your mobile device, in case it is lost or stolen.
